What is Simple Response?
Simple Response is an API used in messaging. It provides frictionless customer interaction without authentication.
Use Case: Permission Pass
In the case above, when Walmart credit card customers came to Capital One, we needed them to opt into our emails to get them digitally enrolled. Using the Simple Response API allowed us to present the customer with the ability to opt in with one click.
